Rafael runs the design studio, negotiates every brief and reviews all artwork before it leaves the building, and has been with the company for nine years.
Mei-Ling Chao
Mei-Ling curates the exhibition program, manages artist relationships and loans, and has led the gallery for six years after museum registrar roles.
Dylan Ferraro
Dylan leads the Docklands screen unit from treatment to delivery and has directed and produced branded and documentary content for twelve years, five at Studio Aurora.
Brooke Ashcroft
Brooke manages the theatre and every event bump in, schedules crew and signs off production risk assessments, after eight years in touring and venue production.
Sam Nakamura
Sam leads campaigns, ticketing and front of house and joined Studio Aurora four years ago from a festival marketing role.
Harriet Boland
Harriet manages contracts, copyright licensing, freelancer payments, insurance and the controlled document system, and has been with the company for seven years.
Josh Weatherall
Josh produces identity, publication and packaging artwork and prepares print files, and mentors design students on placement during his third year in the studio.
Lena Petrova
Lena shoots and edits social and branded content, manages the media asset library and has been with the screen unit for three years.
Amir Haddad
Amir rigs and operates lighting and staging for theatre seasons and events, runs equipment testing and tagging, and has crewed at Studio Aurora for five years.
