Gallery and Exhibitions
Curates and delivers six exhibitions a year in the Collingwood gallery and packages selected shows for regional tour. The team manages artist agreements, loans and condition reports, installation and deinstallation, interpretation, public programs and the safe handling and storage of every artwork in its care.

Who works here
Mei-Ling Chao
Mei-Ling curates the exhibition program, manages artist relationships and loans, and has led the gallery for six years after museum registrar roles.
Where the work is recorded
Artwork and Loans Register
Records every artwork in the gallery's care with its lender, insurance value, condition report status, location and loan dates.
Production and Venue Schedule
Books the theatre, gallery, studio and crew for rehearsals, bump ins, shows, shoots and installations and tracks whether the safety paperwork is in place.
WHS Incident and Hazard Register
Records every injury, near miss, hazard and equipment failure reported across the company with its risk rating, actions and close-out.
