Crew a theatre bump in
You are a Technical Crew Member in Live Production and Events.
What has happened
The Night Music season for Northbank Chamber Orchestra bumps into the black box theatre at 8 am on Monday 14 September with six crew. The production risk assessment is signed and the Stage and Lighting Technician is leading the overhead rig. Chain hoist 3 is tagged out after a worn hook latch was found and the Equipment Test and Tag Register shows nine items overdue for testing. Your tasks are the floor package, running temporary power for the stage monitors and assisting with focus. Opening night is Wednesday and a full evacuation drill will run during Tuesday's technical rehearsal.

Evidence guide
Observe sequence discipline: no floor work under overhead rigging, power run only after the rig is clear, every lead and fixture checked for a tag. Look for correct manual handling, the planted untagged item found and reported rather than used, focus notes recorded accurately and an end-of-day report that names concerns plainly.
