Run a location shoot and cut a social video
You are a Production Assistant and Editor in Screen Production.
What has happened
Wattle Street Community Health has commissioned three short social videos on youth mental health, job J26-0405. Day 1 interviews are in the Media Asset Library but participant three's release is outstanding. Day 2 on 22 September is a location shoot at a community centre in Footscray with two young people aged 17 and 19, a youth worker and cutaways in a public park. The Production and Venue Schedule shows the day as Tentative with no signed risk assessment, the location owner has agreed verbally only, and the client's delivery specification asks for vertical video with captions for two platforms. The Head of Screen Production wants a first cut of video one on 25 September.

Evidence guide
No footage of a person can be used without a filed release, and the guardian consent for the minor must be present. The risk assessment must address the sensitive subject matter and public location, not just physical hazards. Check the media log shows two offload locations and verification, and that the cut meets the vertical specification with captions and licensed music.
