Live Production and Events
Runs the black box theatre and delivers events in other venues. The team manages production schedules, bump in and bump out, staging, lighting, sound and vision systems, stage management and crew rostering, and keeps every production safe through risk assessments, inductions and equipment testing.

Tracks every client job and internal production from brief to archive with its stage, owner, budget, deadline and approvals.
